10 New Books For Publication, BUY or INVEST – Summerville

Dear Sir or Madam.

I am a frustrated author who has written at least ten books in the past few years. That certainly isn't my frustration for while I can put these books together and have spent a tremendous amount of time and energy in this effort my frustration comes from not being able to market and sell my work.

The first question that you ask as a potential investor is, does he have anything worth trying to sell? The answer is "YES" and no. I fully understand that of the ten they are not all best sellers. As a reader I have a very good appreciation for what the buying public is looking for. I also watch some of "Oprah's Book Club" and read what she endorses including "A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey and know that with editing and touch up my work is as good if not far better than that.

As in all walks of life and business, "money talks". Just as many critics and authors panned that work as praised it. Once "Oprah's" fame, notoriety and money got involved sales went through the roof and beyond and beyond and further. Frey was an instant success until he was exposed as a fraud. He still got the money.

I have works that include a real Vietnam War Adventure which is written as fiction to assure not running into the same or similar embarrassment as Frey although it is said to be actual to a very high degree. Other works include without exposing the actual book or title:

1. LEADERSHIP- Conventional and new theories. An old subject that is looked at in many different ways including the introduction of new concepts and the discussion of "Women as Leaders".
2. Small Business Books- Two books including one of 425 page with advice to those starting new business.
3. "HOW TO" in two volumes of about 750 pages. Read these books and you can do practically anything.
4. Human Resources for the HR professional and the job seeker and employee. (In English and Spanish).
5. A book on "PHALLIC" logic that incorporates the discussion of what this phenomena has to do with race relations. This is an extremely well written but controversial book. If properly presented will probably sell more than a million copies worldwide.
6. A quasi solution to a NJ mystery of a woman's death in a huge water vessel. (In English, Spanish and German). The follow up second edition is partially completed and will be included in this package.

   This book becomes even more interesting as it incorporates a love affair between the gay drug addict's sister and a Black lifer that he met while he was in the county jail. We are also exposed to the corrupt workings of the penal system and some comparison of how race is involved. ( a pseudonym is used for this book)

7. A book on the homosexual relationship between a street drug addict and a prominent sitting judge that has a touch of reality, because it probably is real and a tragic ending. (a pseudonym is used for this book)
8. The VN War book is made extremely interesting and intriguing by the fact that this warrior and his small team travels into Laos, Thailand and Cambodia at a time when the US government was making assurances quite to the contrary. This is realistic combat adventure that should be made into a movie. It is also very unique in that the "hero leader" is an African American.

What am I looking for:

Option #1 - Buy me out completely. I own all of these properties which I will legally sign over to you. Outright sale of property. You can publish or sell as you see fit.

Option #2 - Invest in my small publishing company so that the books can be properly edited, marketed and sold. Investor(s) receive 28% of the net (negotiable).

Option #3 Any combination of the above or additional suggestions or ideas.

I am seeking one or as many investors as it takes to move this transaction along.
